DISC is used by millions yearly, from large government agencies and Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and small businesses, to boost teamwork, communication, and productivity at work. My name is Dan Doherty and I have been in the Learning & Development // Talent Management space for over 15 years. Serving as a Trainer and L&D Manager in multiple industries including:

  • Alcohol Manufacturing/Brewing
  • Retail (Big Box, Telecom, Fashion, Alcohol)
  • Auto Industry
  • Staffing // Recruiting (Software)
